16.05.2024Ok for me issue with buying game now is … will it be free soon on Epic ? … and I see one issue with buying games from Epic , my Epic Loader work like shit !!! is super slow , when I want to browse games it take super long , GOG Galaxy work fine , Steam too my PC have few years , but is much better that Epic Laucher reqirements , I looked for solution but there is none online , people just say it like that , and that sucks , 23 January I done PC upgrate and I want to buy CP2077 & RDR2 , CP 100% I get from GOG , and RDR2 I though that I will buy it from Epic but now I start to have doubt , over years Epic gave me so many games , and yes I like bran , and I have positive connection to company , buy if different to install free game with issues , is free , but when I pay for something I dont want to have any issues , Epic should really polish EpicLaucher .

15.05.2024Maybe i'm the only one, but i'm so lazy to buy games from Epic i will probably skip this whole sale. Epic Launcher is very laggy, it takes several minutes to start the launcher, and it always takes few seconds when switching between pages, opening windows and links.. The holiday sale has 26 pages and it just takes an extremely long time to browse through all of the games. A large portion of the games are some random indie mobile games that i would never play, there's too much clutter so i have to scroll through a lot of garbage, so to speak. And many of the games i've never heard about, so it's tedious to keep searching for reviews on youtube. Epic only includes a trailer video and few pictures of the game, it really doesn't tell you anything about the game, youtube becomes a necessity. And it takes so long between clicking on a game to check it out and going back to the store page.. I love Epic because they give all these discounts and free games, but they need to step up their user interface, accessibility, function, quality of life etc.. Steam makes it so easy to search and buy for games.
